You must be a full-time business in a permanent location, with a sign showing that you are in the wholesale or retail ATV, UTV, Side by Side, Motorcycle, PWC, Snow-Craft, Powersports or Auto Parts Industry. If you cannot meet these criteria, we will not be able to sell to you at wholesale level pricing. Our terms are pre-paid by credit card only.
This application must be accompanied by:
At least two digital photos of the interior and exterior of your business. You may send them via email to gm@amstarmanufacturing.com
We will also need a copy of your Yellow Page or Magazine Advertisement
A copy of your local or state business license.
A copy of the Dealers principal driver’s license. Utah dealers we will need a signed resale card on file
Please be advised that there is a minimum initial buy in amount (in USD) to Order Products as an American Star Manufacturing, LLC or Speedline’z Dealer and the same to become a Distributor. This is to protect your Company as well as American Star Manufacturing, LLC and Speedline’z LLC from companies not really qualify to become one of our Dealers or Distributors. You worked hard to get where you are and to protect your investment, we do have these qualifications. We do intend to institute a MAP Policy in the very near future so by signing this Application Form you agree to adhere to this agreement once we put it in force.
We encourage you to fill out this form accurately as management will check it out fully. We will not discriminate in any way and our decision will not be denied because of the newness of your dealership as we encourage New Dealers in the American Star Family. Of course, a long well run business is a plus too!
